Caber Salamoia Bolognese 200 grams

A true household name in the Bologna region. This typical salt has been produced since 1968. It is a combination of salt with herbs and plant extracts. And contains, among other things, sali, rosemary, garlic and black pepper.

You can use this as a substitute for normal table salt. This way you use relatively less salt and your dish gets more flavor by adding herbs. Can be used with meat, fish, potatoes, sauces and in soup.
