Before first use
Cover the bottom of the pan sufficiently with a very heated oil. Add raw potato slices and a teaspoon of salt; brad the contents of the pan well, turning repeatedly, until the bottom of the pan darkens and the baked product is dark brown. Empty the pan and rub it well. Then your pan is ready to use.
Pan size: select the pan based on the size of the cooktop (the bottom should not be larger than the cooktop used). Do not empty pan, but always heat together with oil or fat and then place the roast in it. The handles of iron pans can get hot when cooking, so use potholders or heat-resistant gloves.
Cleaning and storage
Store dry and lightly greased to prevent rust (rust can be removed with 20% citrus essence or 25% essence and a household sponge). Rub the pan very easily with kitchen paper and grease it lightly. Iron pans are suitable for all heat sources and have a very long life when properly cared for.
